An exhibitors' meeting for the InterGame Expo has been arranged at the Ibis Hotel London Earls Court on Tuesday, September 30, at 6.30pm. The Expo is to be held from January 27-29, 2009 and is a specialist event for the coin machine industry. Exhibitors are invited to view the facilities at the Ibis before discussing other elements of the show, including loading and unloading, marketing and social events.

London, 7, August 2008 - Gemeinsam mit Vertretern der Gaming-Branche hat Clarion Gaming – Veranstalter der Messen ATEI, ICE und ICEi – eine Neupositionierung der Gaming Shows vorgenommen. Ab 2009 wird die ATEI Show in Gaming- und Unterhaltungsindustrie unterteilt werden. Die Aussteller der Unterhaltungsbranche (obere Etage der Messe) bekommen eine eigene Messe, während für die Gaming-Aussteller (untere Etage der Messe) die Messen ICE und ICEi zur International Gaming Expo (IGE) zusammengefasst werden.

Im Januar 2008 fand erstmals die Verleihung der „International Gaming Awards“ in London statt. Die Gala am Vorabend der größten Gaming-Messe ICE war sofort ein großer Erfolg und wird nun jährlich durchgeführt. Am 26. Januar 2009 wird die zweite Preisverleihung stattfinden. Vertreter aller internationalen Unternehmen der Gaming-Industrie kommen, um die Preisträger in den verschiedenen Kategorien zu bejubeln und die Branche zu feiern.
