InterGame Expo Exhibitors to meet on September 30

An exhibitors‘ meeting for the InterGame Expo has been arranged at the Ibis Hotel London Earls Court on Tuesday, September 30, at 6.30pm. The Expo is to be held from January 27-29, 2009 and is a specialist event for the coin machine industry.

Exhibitors are invited to view the facilities at the Ibis before discussing other elements of the show, including loading and unloading, marketing and social events.

Meanwhile, two more exhibitors have committed to the Expo. Lordsvale Sales has taken two booths and Cummins-Allison has also booked for the show, joining the ranks of Recreativos Falgas, Whittaker Brothers, Harry Levy, PMT, Sound Leisure, Hazelgrove Superleague, Excel Leisure, Wessex Coin, Towergate and Jaybox, with several other sets of negotiations continuing.

Lordsvale Sales‘ managing director, Mike Ansell, said: „We have booked two stands at the Expo because we feel that the show will be the ideal shop window for a range of new arcade specialities that we have launched this year, especially in the redemption and pool sectors.

„The show is compact and cost-effective and we believe that InterGame’s brand name will influence the visitors to come through the doors.“

Andy Crown, sales manager at Cummins-Allison, said: „We took the decision to exhibit at the InterGame Expo in 2009 because we feel it is trying to recapture the traditional values of the UK amusement industry. ATEI has been diluted by the casino exhibition and has lost the spirit that made it such a success. As an international supplier of cash handling equipment we will also be exhibiting at ATEI, but wish the Expo all the best in all it is trying to achieve.“
