Automatic Document Recognition with the latest OCR technology
The Automatic Document Recognition (ADR) service enables detailed verification of documents submitted by users.
After registration or for source of wealth verification, users can upload PDF documents or image files (JPG or PNG). The service utilises key data fields such as First Name, Last Name, Street, House Number, Postcode and City or IBAN for validation.
Leveraging one of the best OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies available, the (ADR) automatic recognition system compares the content of the uploaded documents with the user-provided information. The process is deemed successful if the matching data exceeds a predefined threshold.
This service is particularly useful for qualifying Salary Statements, Utility Bills or Evaluating Bank Statements. If the documents lack the required information, the verification will fail. The system allows for adjustable retry attempts for uploads.
In the Anglo-Saxon world, utility bills are commonly accepted for identity verification; however in Germany, salary statements are more frequently used as proof of the source of funds.
For processes that requirer high sensitivity, we recommend integrating manual post-processing and through the insic ‘Manual Document Inspection’ module to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Streamline your Back Office's operations with the automatic evaluation of incoming documents. Identify incomplete information before it enters the manual inspection process.
