insic AVS Module Retention for customer recovery in the ID workflow

The insic AVS module Retention is used for customer recovery in complex ID workflows.

In the multi-layered identification process, users either abort the process or do not continue with it after a SCHUFA identity check with an instant gaming limit, for example. The insic Module Retention reactivates players at the exact point where they aborted the process, integrated into the individual status of the ID workflow.

Time management plays a particularly important role here. Various communication times must be taken into account based on user behaviour and process requirements.

Users probably register for a leisure activity at a time that suits them, during a time slot when they are engaged in private activities. Further communication should be based on this time slot and messages should be sent shortly beforehand. Reminders are sent at specific times before and after trigger points, such as...

  • the customer is probably still online after registration
  • the customer is no longer in the deposit process
  • data to be transferred has now been received by the customer
  • Deadlines have just expired and processes have to be restarted by the user.

The insic-Workflow Manager allows the free definition of time-dependent trigger points for sending messages to the user. At critical points, such as after reaching the instant play limit or in the event of failed ID attempts, customer support is particularly important.

Increase the success rate measurably with user communication that is perfectly adapted in terms of time and content!
