Gaming in Germany Conference rescheduled to May 28

Due to concerns over the ongoing Corona virus outbreak, the Gaming in Germany Conference, originally scheduled for March 24-25, has been postponed until May 28.

The rescheduled conference will still take place in Frankfurt. We expect to announce a new venue soon.

While now is not the best time for traveling and public gatherings, German online gambling reform continues to move ahead. Tomorrow, the prime ministers of the sixteen federal German states are expected to sign the new State Gambling Treaty, creating a fully regulated online gambling market from July 1, 2021.

As the topic of German gambling reform remains of major importance to the remote gaming industry, we will organize at least one webinar before the rescheduled Gaming in Germany Conference takes place on May 28.

In addition, we aim to publish a hardcopy country report containing an overview of the new regulations, as well as stakeholder reactions.

In short, we remain committed to keeping you informed of the latest events as they develop.

All conference tickets will be transferred to the new date automatically. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
