In a dealer training to each participant is taught the total poker knowledge, from shuffling,dealing cards, valence of the poker hands, count chips up to the 7 Card Stud rules, Texas Holden, Omaha Pot-limit or Limit, as well as Draw Poker, High Low and Pineapple.
Martin Pollak, an experienced poker tournament conductor, also teaches to his protégés how they have to deal with possible problems in the case of mistakes, what the diffrence between tournaments and cash game is. Manfred Engstler, manager in Pokerworld, makes his premises available for the schooling purposes. Thus he promotes the new generation in the poker scene and gives also 15 class participants the chance to be taken over. The ISA-CASINOS was present a few days with the schooling and was surprised, how various and careful such a schooling is.
Over 40 persons sat at the table and practiced to count cards, calculate potlimits, to deal cards precise on the places, scan rules and poker rules and simulate in groups the play with players and dealers. Between this tests, one pointed to the beginners their weaknesses and give them the task to improve these. One of the most important points was it to promote and strengthen the teamwork under the prospective dealers. The strong one helped the weaker one and so a large community of likeminded persons was formed.
Martin Pollak helped everyone with practical exercises and discussion . He also helped over the starting fears. Also the handling with guests, the tip and the different variations of the rules were trained in smallest detail.
