A GMB report, to be published tomorrow (Saturday 11th February 2006) at the Labour Party Spring Conference in Blackpool, identifies 13 towns and cities with schemes in the pipeline to secure approval for the 17 new casino licenses to be issued under the Gambling Act 2005.
