It is here that the pan-European operating arcade chain of the eastern Westphalian Gauselmann Group - Merkur Casino (itself a subsidiary of Merkur-Spielothek) - has opened a further modern Entertainment Centre in the trendy district of Zizkov near to the TV tower.

Merkur Gaming and Merkur Casino exhibited together on one stand for the first time on the 16th and 17th April at the international spring fair “Svet Zabavy” in Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic. Both companies are subsidiaries of the Gauselmann Group whose headquarters are situated in the eastern Westphalian province of Germany.
