MGM Grand Detroit, the top earner of Detroit's three casinos, is laying off less than 100 workers for the second time this year, officials said. Mashantucket, Connecticut - Foxwoods Resort Casino is starting to recruit thousands of workers in anticipation of opening its new MGM Grand casino. Foxwoods will kick off its recruitment campaign Sunday with the launch of a new employment Web site.
