Lotto Rwanda is preparing to open the first casino in Rwanda early next week, The New Times has learnt. Casino Kigali, which will be located on the first floor of Top Tower Hotel in Kacyiru, will be launched on October 21. The Director General of Lotto Rwanda, Philip Brizoua, said that the opening of the new casino is among the many innovations that they are bringing in the gaming arena.
