ICE Barcelona has strengthened its long-standing strategic alliance with CIBELAE, reaffirming both organisations’ shared commitment to the promotion of responsible gaming and advancing sustainability initiatives across Latin America.

The renewed collaboration builds on a partnership that has flourished for more than a decade. As the Ibero-American regional association of the World Lottery Association (WLA), CIBELAE represents government-regulated lotteries throughout Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.

To mark the enhanced partnership, Liliana Costa and Alessandra Narcisi, senior members of the Clarion Gaming team, participated in the XIX Congreso CIBELAE where they hosted a dedicated activation for a CIBELAE member to win an all-expenses-paid VIP trip to attend ICE Barcelona in January. The winner,Alan Marin Roldan, General Director of JPS - Junta de Protecciòn Social of Costa Rica was presented with the prize during the official Congress dinner.
