insic Player Protection Monitoring Metrics for Real-Time Monitoring
The insic Monitoring System monitors player profiles, payments and gaming transactions in real time. It implements the requirement to monitor markers of harm for gaming participants with a limit increase of €1,000. The regulatory authorities define the rules in the ancillary provisions of the operator licence and expand them to include their own metrics.
The Monitoring System searches in real time for suspicious events in the data stream and stores player-related warnings. The aggregation of individual warnings leads to the determination of markers of harm, which are then provided on a KanBan board for focused processing and transmission to the authorities.
The insic Dashboard Technology displays the results in a modern, dynamic and interactive manner.
For example, the following framework criteria are included in the metrics defined by the GGL for monitoring:
- OASIS Player Bans
- Payments and Losses on Limits
- Use of Different Payment Methods
- Content and Structure of Gaming Sessions
Players with more than two markers of harm must be reported to the authorities. Whoccan impose player bans. Comparison groups will be determined for players without limit increases.
The State-of-the-Art Solution from insic uses technologies such as data piping for processing and React Dashboards in the Frontend, employing reactive programming. Administrators can independently define thresholds and criteria for prepared metrics.
