Our General Player Protection and Responsible Gambling Training covers:
- What is a gambling addiction or disorder
- The gambling proċess
- Relevant regulatory obligations related to RG and Player Protection
- Communication skills with players, including motivational interviewing
This training is also worth 3 CPEs, which are required to partially fulfil your regulatory requirements for the Maltese market. The price of this 3 hours long training is 179 euro per person (excl. VAT). Next training will be held on 8th April 2024 from 10 am to 1 pm.
We also offer a Player Protection and Responsible Gambling Training specifically for German jurisdictions and it covers:
- What is a gambling addiction or disorder
- The gambling proċess
- German market regulation
- Communication skills with players, including motivational interviewing.
This training also fulfils the requirements laid out by the German authorities and the price of this 6 hours long training is 249 euro per person (excl. VAT). Next training will be held on 22nd and 23rd April 2024 from 10 am to 1 pm.
