IGT settles lawsuit with Las Vegas Gaming

Las Vegas (AP) — International Game Technology, which makes slot machines and casino systems, and gaming software developer Las Vegas Gaming Inc. said late Tuesday that they have settled their lawsuit and agreed to a business and investment deal.

Under the terms of the agreement, IGT will make a USD 11.5 million investment in Las Vegas Gaming, which will create applications for IGT’s server-based gaming systems.

Las Vegas Gaming has committed to roll out its future software applications on IGT’s server-based software delivery systems along with Las Vegas Gaming’s own patent-pending PlayerVision delivery system.
