General manager of Puerto Ribera Complex, Jorge Pereyra, assured that on August 11th it will be inaugurated Los Silos Hotel, Santa Fe Casino and Los Maderos Convention Center. “We took that decision due to the important progress of the construction and we did it together with Santa Fe Lottery, which grants us the authorization”, he said.
“We have been monitoring the construction, which also includes the training of the staff. We are already making the tests of the almost 700 people that are working in the complex”, continued Ribera.
That same day, August 11th, after the inauguration, the casino will be opened to the public the same as the hotel, which will be opened 24/7.
The act will consist in the traditional ribbon cut with the presence of authorities of the complex, besides Santa Fe governor, Hermes Binner, mayor Mario Barletta as well as other civil servants and special guests. They have also planned a series of activities during the first week and celebrations will expand the whole month.
Between 650 and 700 direct and indirect employments will be generated by the Commercial Center La Ribera (to be opened in September) and they estimate that there will be 200 more jobs available.
