First International Gaming Awards to be held in London on January

The first International Gaming Awards ceremony for land based gaming will take place in London on January, 2008 at the Natural History Museum. The event intends to become one of the industries biggest gatherings of the year, and an opportunity to network with the industry and celebrate excellence.

The aim of the ceremony is to help International charities. The Gaming Awards will be donating of profits, and 5 of the table bookings and sponsorships to the Macmillan House charity and Care International charity.

Operators and suppliers will have the chance of making a donation by participating in The Gaming Awards ceremony and having a good time. The ceremony will be presented by British comedian-Jimmy Carr.

The independent judging panel will be comprised by Jack Bulavsky- Director, The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) US, Gavin Isaacs- Executive Vice President, Bally Technologies, Paul Bellringer- MD Responsible Gaming, Phil Clegg- Editor, Intergaming magazine.

Glyn Thomas- Editor, Casino Life magazine, Ian Sutton- Editor, gamingfloor.com, Jon Wilson- Designer Steeldaisy Associates, David Clifton- Jolson Wilson Solicitors, UK and Professor Mark Griffits- Director of International Gaming Research Unit, complete the panel.
