Clarion ATE, organisers of ATEI, ICE and ICEi, are describing their new, enhanced online exhibitor manual as one of the most exhaustive sources of exhibitor information produced for any coin-op or casino show anywhere in the world.
The launch of the 80-page virtual handbook, set to go live on July 16, marks a new phase in preparations for the 2008 London Show. The comprehensive online resource includes a detailed show schedule and venue information, local area data and hotel listing, A-Z directory and ‚Guide To Exhibiting‘, health and safety documentation, marketing and media information, as well as detailed explanation on important sponsorship opportunities.
The new online manual also features a plethora of downloadable order forms for additional services exhibitors may require including stand approval, lifting, storage, electrics, additional stand fitting, rigging, floor covering, stand graphics and banners, plumbing, internet and telecommunications, audio visual equipment, cleaning, catering, taxis and chauffeur service, interpreters, music licenses, stand staffing, furniture, floral, exhibitor badges, visitor invitations, car parking, vehicle passes, contractor passes and VAT refund forms.
Senior Operations Executive, Paul Mills confirmed: „There has been a massive amount of time and energy invested in 2008’s online manual. We’ve left no stone, or page, unturned to create an exhibitor bible containing absolutely everything needed to maximise the ATEi, ICE and ICEi experience. The online manual, available exclusively to exhibitors, is another example of Clarion ATE‘s total commitment to our customers‘ primary goal – the business of business.“
