Chevron Academy Introduces New eLearning for the Danish Market: Preventing Match-Fixing

Given the changing regulatory environment, particularly in the gambling sector, compliance is a critical and ongoing focus area. The Danish Gambling Authority (Spillemyndigheden) has a new Executive Order on the prevention and combating of match-fixing, which came into force on 1st July 2025. To comply with regulations, the license holders in Denmark must ensure that all employees and betting operators have completed training on match-fixing prevention. This new regulation is part of the implementation of a political agreement to create a new framework for the gambling market.

At Chevron Academy, we are responding to this regulatory change by expanding our compliance trainings catalogue to include a new eLearning course: Preventing Match-Fixing in Denmark.
