A GBP 260m waterside development including a casino, entertainment, office and living space is to be launched in Leeds. Clarence Dock will be officially launched to the public in September this year. It will include more than 1.2 million sq ft of entertainment and living space. The project involves the regeneration of another part of Leeds' waterfront. ALEA, a new GBP 15m, 65,000 sq ft casino and entertainment venue at the entrance to Clarence Dock will also open its doors in September to coincide with other leisure openings on site.
