The City of Wanneroo is pushing to be the base for Perth's second casino. The Mayor of Wanneroo, Jon Kelly, says the city of is facing a shortfall of up to 70,000 jobs within 25 years unless a major infrastructure project is launched in the area. He says a casino, built on the coast between Alkimos and Two Rocks, is one of the best options to bring foreign investment and tourism to the area.
