6. Oktober 2008 - Tobias Ellwood, britischer Schattenminister für Kultur, Medien & Sport, und Sprecher der Konservativen Partei für Glücksspiel hat seine Teilnahme an den Gaming Awards 2009 in London bestätigt. Seine Eröffnungsrede bei der Galaveranstaltung wird unter dem Motto „Sozial verantwortliches Glücksspiel“ stehen. Dabei weist er Großbritannien eine führende Rolle zu.
