Smokers beware, lungs rejoice. Pennsylvania’s Clean Indoor Air Act goes into effect Thursday. The law bans cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking in restaurants, office buildings, schools, sports arenas, Bingo halls and bus stations among other local locations.
