The US Department of Justice has announced a new attorney for its case in defense of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) of 2006 brought by the Interactive Media Entertainment and Gaming Association (iMEGA). Attorney Nicholas John Bagley graduated in 2005 from New York University (NYU) School of Law near the top of his class after receiving his Bachelors Degree from Yale University.
