Espelkamp. The family council of the Gauselmann Group along with the Board of Directors has made personnel, organisational and strategic changes to the executive committee. In the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Thomas Niehenke will assume the responsibility for the operating business of the entire Gauselmann Group and will act as the central board member alongside the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Dr. Werner Schroer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ulrich Wüseke.
