OLG Köln verbietet den Vertrieb des Sportwettenangebotes der Fa. Interwetten Cyprus durch die Fa. Sportwetten Dresden GmbH, die sich auf eine DDR-Erlaubnis beruft. In seiner Entscheidung vom 09.12.2005 (6 U 91/05) hat das OLG Köln erneut einem der vier Unternehmen, die sich darauf berufen, eine Erlaubnis zur Veranstaltung und zum Vertrieb von Sportwetten nach dem Recht der ehemaligen DDR zu besitzen, den Vertrieb ausländischer und nicht in Deutschland erlaubter Sportwetten verboten.
