Getting to the event

We’ve taken all the necessary steps to make your journey to the expo and conference as hassle-free as possible. The Festival Arena by the Intercontinental Hotel Festival City is also accessible by RTA buses and water taxis, as well as by metro from the Creek Metro Station which is just 5 km away. Beat the queues

Pre-registration will be available to delegates at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City – Vista Lounge on Sunday, February 25th, from 10:00 to 22:00. Have your ticket handy, a digital version is enough and don’t forget to have a form of identification with you. Join the networking drinks and break the ice with fellow delegates from 18.00pm onwards.

Travel in style

Whichever route you take we’re pleased to announce that we will have a shuttle bus service available. Catch one of 2 shuttle coaches on the 26th and 27th from the Intercontinental Hotel running every half hour between 8.30 am and 18.30 pm. Alternatively hop on at the Holiday Inn Hotel. When it comes to taxis, the 2 most popular taxi apps are Careem and Uber UAE.

Tips and Tricks

The Dirham (AED) is the official currency in Dubai, credit cards are widely accepted. Stay updated on COVID-19 travel guidelines, as they may change. Take note of emergency numbers, most importantly: 998 for ambulances, 997 for fire related emergencies, and 911 for the police. Don’t forget your power adapter: Type G plus are used in Dubai.
