London Shows offer visitors visa service as online ticket registration goes live

The online ticket registration facility and visa application helper for ATEI, ICE and ICEi (Earls Court, London, UK, 22-24 January 2008) has gone live. Industry buyers preparing to attend the co-located, double award winning, business-to-business events, which attracted over 25,000 visitors from 117 nations in 2007, can do so by completing the relevant registration form at atei-exhibition.com, ice-exhibition.com or icei-exhibition.com.

When visitors register, the online visa helper will automatically detect if they are from one of the close to 100 nations that require a visa to enter the UK. A personalised letter of invitation to the London Show from the organisers will be instantly generated, which can be used in support of a visa application.

Expanding on the service, Charlotte Skinner, Marketing Manager at Clarion Gaming, said: „In 2007, up to 20 per cent of the total number of international visitors who made the journey to London required a visa. We recognise the huge effort that our customers make to attend what is the most international expo of its kind in the world. Our service is designed to fast track the visa process as far as is possible.“

The websites also serve as a comprehensive reference point for all show attendees with content comprising updated exhibitor listings and floor plans, an archive of show specific news releases, venue information and a list of 24 recommended central London hotels with negotiated discounts of up to 30 per cent off quoted room rates.
