The official opening, taking place on June 10, was an important part of the expansion strategy of the Gauselmann´s MERKUR CASINO activity. This location is already the fourth in Rumania. The official opening ceremony will take place on July 20 for this fourth Rumanian location.

MERKUR CASINO – a subsidiary of the Gauselmann Group – found its footing in Rumania as early as August 2004. The first location in the Rumanian capital of Bucharest was opened in August last year. Two further locations in Bucharest followed in September and December 2004.
