ICE Sales Executive Ian Adams described the meeting as highly productive: “Involving our customers, both exhibitors and visitors, in the decision-making process is a crucial factor in ensuring that we continue to deliver the best possible show package for the international casino industry,” she stated. “Many of the ideas and suggestions raised at this meeting will be implemented for the 2004 and 2005 shows. I would like to thank all those who attended for their creative input and enthusiastic support, and Holland Casino in particular for their first class hospitality.”
