Francis Lui

Francis has over 28 years of experience in the fields of manufacturing and trading of construction materials and, property development/investments in Hong Kong, Mainland China and SoutheastAsia. In 2002, Francis spearheaded the gaming and entertainment venture in Macau and has captured close to 20% of the market just 29 months since commencing operation.

K. Wah Group was founded in 1955 by his father, Dr. Lui Che Woo MBE, JP. Since its inception, the Group has developed into a diversified multinational enterprise with core businesses in construction materials, properties development, hotels and lately leisure & entertainment. Today, K. Wah Group, with its two public listed companies and over 200 subsidiaries, has over 10,000 employees and business investments in Hong Kong,Macau and major cities in Mainland China, Southeast Asia and North America. The Group has been actively exploring various investment opportunities and upholding a long term perspective in its strategic growth and expansion. Being the Vice Chairman of the Group, Francis also sits on the board of directors of various companies owned and managed by the Lui’s family.

Apart from his business interests, Francis also plays an active role in the public and community services in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has served in a number of
positions in Govemment, advisory boards and committees and is interested in community services.
