Dates announced for gaming industry’s annual meet of legal minds

For the fifth year running, the European Gambling Briefing 2009 (EGB), organised by Clarion Gaming, will provide a dedicated forum for gaming operators, lawyers, legal councils, governments and regulators.

EGB will take place on Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd April 2009 at the Marriott Hotel in Budapest, providing up-to-date practical legal advice in Europe and beyond. Also on the agenda will be important updates and debates with a comprehensive line-up of speakers and an opportunity to network with industry figures.

In addition to talks from gaming lawyers, key regulators and government officials on the European regulatory and legal changes, Eastern Europe, Turkey, South Africa and Asia will also be hot topics.

Mark Walker, Global Head of Conferences at Clarion Gaming, comments “With key regulators and government officials among the line-up, EGB will provide access to the thinking of those making the laws and key decisions in Europe.”

Walker continues “EGB has established itself as the place to seek out the key pieces of information, which will help shape your business over the coming year.”
