London, September 9th, 2008: Aristocrat Technologies Europe has begun shipments of the new Viridian™ gaming machine, with initial deliveries of both native and emulated games to casino floors in Portugal, Italy and Bulgaria.
The Solverde Group’s Casino Vilamoura and Casino Monte Gordo are amongst the first operators to unveil Viridian in Europe, including a number of standalone games as well as the first Money Train™ Hyperlink™ featuring the unique 3-D Alioscopy® overhead display. Aristocrat Regional Sales Manager, Damien Greig commented: “The Solverde Group was one of the first operators to commit to Viridian and I am naturally delighted that such a prestigious customer will pave the way for this new breed of gaming across Europe.”

Viridian’s European games library currently hosts over 20 games across six different categories including Hyperlink™, Power Pay™, Reel Power™, Xtra Reel Power™, Multi Line and 50 Line, with a range of new games scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2008.
