Merkur Casino continues its way of success with the first class entertainment concept in Romania
ESPELKAMP/BACAU. Only some weeks after opening a modern entertainment center under the Merkur Casino brand in Pitesti, Romania, the subsidiary of the German Gauselmann Group announces further progress in its expansion strategy.

The friendly Merkur sun, which has become a symbol of luck and guarantor of innovative leisure time culture in 11 European countries, now also smiles in Bacau in the Northeast of Romania, near the border to Moldowa.

The new Merkur Casino has a gaming surface of 580 square meters with two roulette tables for eight players each and another 50 ultramodern casino products ensuring fantastic gaming fun in an exclusive ambiance.

Bacau’s latest leisure time place to be, the new electronic casino „made by Merkur,“ is open 24/7.
