SuperClubs will open a new casino resort in Panama in 2008

The group SuperClubs has announced the opening in 2008 of its first complex in Panama. It will be a resort of its brand “Breezes”, located in Playa Blanca, in Bijao, province of Coclé.

The facility will have 300 all-inclusive apartments as well as a spa, a casino and several international and local restaurants.

“We have aimed to expand our properties in Latin America for ten years. In the next 18 months we will be duplicating the presence of the SuperClubs Resorts in the whole region”, affirms John Issa, executive president of the company worldwide.

On top of the investments in new facilities, the group is investing in the modernization and expansion of the resorts it already possess. In Jamaica, SuperClubs has invested USD 4 million in the purchase of a second property of the brand Rooms, while Negril Inn will be completely refurbished in order to expand its infrastructure before being reinaugurated with its new name.

In Jamaica, the group has also reinaugurated Breezes Runaway Bay, after an investment of USD 20 million allocated to refurbishment, as well as the construction of two additional swimming pools and a new line of suites. Breezes Bahamas, in Nassau, has also been revamped, with an investment of USD 10 million.
