The Quality Group: Lottery central system from 99,000€ p.a.

The price is a revolution, but so is the lottery central system developed by TQG.

In the beginning of 2014, TQG has positioned itself as technology partner for state-licensed lotteries. What looked like a simple internet system in the beginning, grew extensively over time. Starting on October 2016, the first lottery will be handling its entire player and game management (incl. draws) using TQG standard software. The most state-of-the-art technology was used to develop our central system that can be easily installed and efficiently operated. If required TQG even performs your gaming operations for you in a ISO27001 certified data center.

The management of all functionality is solely based on browser-based internet technology.

The TQG central system follows an integrated approach over all distribution channels. The main focus is on player protection, transparency and targeted player approach. As an option, retailer outlets and their terminals, retail staff and sales statistics can be included as well. It will also be possible to manage any number of instant lotteries. You can also integrate eInstants of any manufacturer – they will become an integral part of the player experience.

When it comes to the look and feel on the internet, the lottery may use a standard wireframe in responsive design or integrate any internet frontends as requested.

Due to this modern architecture, any terminal suppliers and their software and terminal managers can be effortlessly integrated via the integration layer. TQG therefore offers flexibility and the protection of investments for the lottery.

“We do not invest in the manufacturing of our own terminals as we can draw from an ample selection, and modern technologies allow the smooth integration of different manufacturers. In fact, we consider both the market and retailer locations to be ready for the crossover into the digital world. Based on this, we developed concepts for a paperless and intuitive customer playing experience. This is where future developments are heading to from our perspective. We therefore put our entire weight behind the integration of these technologies,” says Karsten Hagemeister, COO of TQG and responsible for Business Development.

The central system is now available with cloud-compatibility.

The system offers a wide array of functions – from facilitating supporting controlling evaluations based on retailer locations to evaluations for the optimization of marketing campaigns for freely definable target groups.

A comprehensive selection of third-party systems interfaces – e.g. external draw systems, payment processing systems, blocking/ blacklist systems or internal systems for accounting, HR or reporting – is already available.

“We are intending to revolutionize the lottery market with our innovative, high-performance and high-quality central system. For the first time ever, you will be able to purchase a central system starting from a 5-digit fee per annum. This starting offer is targeted at small lotteries that are increasingly faced with economic challenges,” explains Marcus Frey, CEO and founder of TQGLTS. This annual fee includes both software maintenance and development.

With this offer, TQG is set for implementing both national and international systems. And TQG was already able to demonstrate this successfully.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us. In September, we will be participating in the ALA Conference in Casablanca as well as the WLS 2016 in Singapur.
