insic: Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media (KJM) confirms insic ID concept

Berlin/Ahrensburg, 15.10.2015: In Germany, the protection of children, adolescents and the protection of human dignity are fundamental rights which are embedded in the German Constitution.

The Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media (KJM) ensures that the provisions of the Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media are adhered to those compliance principles. In doing so, it acts as a body of the respective state media authority fulfilling its remit.

For the second time in insic company history after 2008, the KJM confirms the insic ID concept complies with the rules and provisions defined and supervised by the Commission for the Protection of Minors. „We are encouraged in our attempt to comply with high standards in our daily work. We will provide a new type of ID and age verification system, to allow a beneficial attempt from the German experience in an international context. Especially from our experience on responsible gaming activities in the European regulatory environment, we are looking forward to present a new type of technology as an answer to a long term discussion on responsibility in gaming.“ stated Gunter Fricke, Managing Director of insic GmbH.
