There are many different kinds of poker-tournaments in our days, but this one is really rare: the Caribbean-Poker.

In the Casino Bellevue the very extraordinary game of poker took place. A Caribbean-Poker-Game started at March 23rd at half past nine. Although there was heavy snowfall 22 entrants from Czech and Germany wanted to play the tournament to gain the 1500 EUR prize-money.

The game was played in four groups of four rounds with 20 participants. Minimum stake were ten Euro, maximum 250 Euro tournament-jetons. The semi-finals and the final were ten games each, minimum 20 Euro, maximum 500 Euro.

Kirka Pisek form Marienbad won the tournament with 3930 points, Harry Camin from Regensburg (3430 points) was second best, followed by Herbert Rötzer, Pullenreuth, with 3200 points. During a half hour break, free food was offered to the players.

This exotic poker-tournament might not have been of interest concerning the prize-money. But it really showed, that fun of gambling is the most important thing. This tournament was a good example, that there are many different kinds of poker-games and tournaments. Fun and action should always be in the first place, no matter what game you play.

The director of the Casino Bellevue, Mr Jung told ISA-CASINOS that also classical tournaments like Texas Holdem, Omaha and 7 Stud Card poker are planed.
