After joining the World Lottery Association, The Quality Group – Lottery Technology Systems GmbH has now also become a member of the European State Lotteries and Toto Association.

Founded at the beginning of 2014, Lottery Technology Systems GmbH (TQG- LTS) is another innovative company that has been established by The Quality Group (TQG). Using cutting-edge technology, TQG-LTS has developed a complete end-to-end system that provides all of the functions and applications required to operate a reliable and forward- looking lottery.

Speaking about joining the EL, Marcus Frey, CEO and founder of TQG told us, „Becoming a member of the European Lotteries and Toto Associations is another milestone for our company. We have been established for over two decades, fulfilling all of our public obligations and more. Being part of the EL confirms our position in the market and will help motivate us to create further innovations.“

Since 1983, European Lotteries (EL) has united gaming operators in one organisation, supporting its members’ collective interests. The EL promotes responsible gaming and combats illegal gambling and criminal activities. Another objective is to minimise potential risks for the public and, in particular, high-risk groups by providing prevention measures and supporting respective educational projects.

Karsten Hagemeister, COO and responsible for Business Development at TQG-LTS, emphasised their position, explaining that „By joining the European State Lotteries and Toto Association (EL) we demonstrate our commitment to the state-licensed lottery market. We believe it is essential for there to be dialogue between lotteries and suppliers on an international level. This becomes more and more important in times of technical and regulatory standardisation. The EL provides an ideal platform for this.“
