Mario Hoffmeister, who has worked for Gauselmann AG in Espelkamp as a PR-manager since 1 April 2002, has been ap-pointed deputy communications director as of 1 November 2005. In this position he will relieve and support the manager of corporate communications, Robert Hess.

From 1 October 2002 to 31 October 2005 the 35-year old political scientist also worked as a research associate for the board. Mario Hoffmeister, who graduated from Braunschweig institute of social sciences last held the position of a press officer for the old emperors’ town Goslar (Harz) until March 2002, and had worked previously for several years as a scientific associate and office manager of the CDU members of the Bundestag Jürgen Sikora and Dr. Hans Georg Faust in Bonn and Berlin. He is actively involved in politics in the municipality and the Land and he is also a member of the Land ex-ecutive of the CDU in Braunschweig.
