The 8th annual European i-Gaming Congress and Expo (EiG) has become the largest event for the global igaming industry. With over 1,500 attendees in 2008, EiG this year will be the biggest ever.
To keep things fresh, interesting and to optimise the networking space, EiG will be taking place at a new venue in Copenhagen, Denmark on the 15-17 September 2009.
There are some other changes to the format too, but Clarion Gaming will be working closely with the igaming industry over the next six months to ensure we shape EiG to be the most beneficial event for you.

Clarion Gaming, the organisers of the European iGaming Congress, have announced they are to host a series of brainstorming sessions on hot markets and key areas of industry development at EiG, 15-17th September in Copenhagen. hey will be free to attend for all delegates – both expo hall only and full conference – and will follow a relaxed Q&A format, moderated by Clarion Gaming's Head of Conferences, Mark Walker.

Ladbrokes' customer loyalty card is helping to bridge the gap between the bookmaker's shop punters and the online operations. ‘OddsOn', which was launched last summer, rewards customers for every pound they spend with the company but also provides customer data to the firm's other divisions. Ladbrokes egaming managing director Ed Andrewes explained that this allowed the remote arm to reach out and appeal to the traditional betting shop customer.
